2025 SESSION DATES: Sunday, August 3rd, to Saturday, August 9th

The session is open to any camper who will be 8 years of age by the start date of this summer's session up to incoming 9th graders.  If your child is an incoming 10th or 11th grader and they have been to Camp Conifer in the past, they can fill out the supplemental section available below to apply to be a counselor-in-training (CIT) after the main application and camp fee have both been submitted.  Please note that space in both the camp and CIT programs is subject to availability.

Note that in order for an application to be considered complete, (1) the application must be submitted, (2) payment must be received, and (3) MANUALLY signed copies of the medical release form and the camp waiver must be emailed to the registration coordinator (electronic signature is not acceptable due to hospital requirements).

STEP 1: APPLICATION FORM

Please click HERE for a link to the application form.  After filling out the form, please return to this page to submit the application fee and download the two forms that must be submitted.

Please note that in order for your application to be processed, you must (1) fill out the online application, (2) complete your payment online, AND (3) print out and MANUALLY SIGN the two forms above AND EMAIL a copy of each form to lyk.mb@verizon.net.  Please bring your original copies to check-in up at Camp Arbolado.

Former campers/CITs can apply to this year's CIT program by filling out and submitting this form separately at any time before the CIT application deadline (May 15, 2025).  However, it will not be reviewed by the CIT directors until the upper application portion and camp fee have been submitted

CIT applications can be submitted until either (1) the camp session fills up, or (2) May 15th (whichever occurs first), but their spot in the program is not first-come-first-served like camper applications because CITs must be selected by the CIT directors.  Once the application has been received and reviewed, the applicant will be contacted by the CIT directors to participate in a short zoom interview, after which the final decisions will be made and communicated by the CIT directors, who will let the applicants know their decision as quickly as possible once the CIT application period has closed.

Please note that the CIT directors are looking specifically for candidates who have shown potential leadership skills, and who have demonstrated genuine care for their fellow campers and a true desire to pass along their love of the camp experience down to the next generation of campers.

SPACE IN THE CIT PROGRAM IS LIMITED.
ACCEPTANCE INTO THE PROGRAM WILL STRICTLY BE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CIT DIRECTORS.

Please click HERE for a link to the CIT application.
